Burglaries:

We have received one report of a burglary within the village. Officers are continuing their enquiries, and the investigation is still ongoing. If you saw or heard anything suspicious, please contact us on 101 or report online.

Speed Operations

No speed checks were carried out in Mountsorrel this week. However, further operations are planned in the near future as part of our continued work to promote road safety.

Anti‑Social Behaviour – The Green

Over the weekend, we received a report of anti‑social behaviour around The Green. The Beat Team responded promptly, but no individuals were located upon arrival. We will continue to carry out regular patrols in this area.

School Engagement – Mountsorrel Primary

This week, the team also visited Mountsorrel Primary School, speaking with Year 6 pupils about road safety, e‑scooters, and how the police deal with anti‑social behaviour. The visit aimed to educate and support young people as they prepare for greater independence.
